THE RESORT IN ONE VIEW

A fuller ski domain for families who want room to progress.

Beidahu combines Club Med’s all-inclusive formula with a varied ski area that serves first-timers, confident intermediates and advanced skiers. The resort’s pine-framed setting, celebrated rime scenery and lively mountain programme make the week feel distinctly snow-led.

Travelution view: choose Beidahu when the ski domain matters more than a broad sightseeing programme. It suits mixed-ability families especially well because beginners can learn while stronger skiers have meaningful terrain to explore.

SKIING & SNOW

Varied slopes with genuine progression built in.

The Beidahu ski domain currently presents 45 slopes: nine green runs for beginners, 30 blue runs for progression and cruising, and six black runs for expert skiers. Included graded group lessons help families build confidence while stronger skiers can explore a larger and more varied mountain than Changbaishan.

FAMILIES & CHILDREN

A family ski week that works across different ages.

Beidahu supports families with Petit Club Med for ages 2–3 at additional cost, Mini Club Med+ for ages 4–10 and programmes for teenagers aged 11–17, subject to seasonal operation. Children aged four and above can join ski lessons matched to their level.

Away from lessons, the mountain programme can include family activities, entertainment and relaxed time together. This balance lets adults enjoy the slopes while children build their own confidence and friendships in age-appropriate groups.

GETTING THERE

A longer transfer that rewards careful itinerary planning.

Changchun Longjia International Airport is the main gateway, with Club Med indicating a road transfer of approximately two hours and 15 minutes. Jilin railway station is around one hour and 30 minutes away, depending on winter conditions.

Travelution note: we plan domestic connections and transfers together, allowing enough time for winter disruption. For many Malaysian travellers, the most comfortable itinerary may include an overnight or carefully timed connection in China.

TRAVELUTION’S PRACTICAL VIEW

Who should choose Beidahu?

Best fit

Mixed-ability families, progressing skiers and travellers who want their holiday to revolve around a varied ski domain, structured lessons and a lively all-inclusive mountain atmosphere.

Consider carefully

The airport transfer is longer than Changbaishan’s, and the holiday is most rewarding for travellers who expect to spend much of the week skiing. Confirm kids-club operation and lesson availability for the selected dates.

Compare with

Changbaishan for gentler learning and hot-spring wellness; Yabuli for an established, sport-led China ski week; Japan for deeper powder and a different cultural rhythm.
