THE RESORT IN ONE VIEW

Hokkaido powder with a more intimate rhythm.

Kiroro Peak shares the same snow-rich Kiroro domain as Kiroro Grand, but its 12+ policy changes the mood. The experience is quieter and more adult-oriented, with ski-in ski-out access, refined social spaces and a compact resort routine.

Travelution view: choose Kiroro Peak when everyone is at least 12 and the group values calm evenings, strong snow and an easier adult pace over children’s clubs and a busier family programme.

SKIING & SNOW

The same deep Kiroro snow, with fewer family distractions.

The Kiroro domain rises from approximately 520 metres to 1,180 metres. Club Med lists 23 courses across beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain, plus freeride zones for capable skiers seeking more adventurous snow.

A 12+ RESORT

Made for older families and adult mountain time.

Kiroro Peak accepts guests aged 12 and above. That makes it especially well suited to couples, friends and families travelling with teenagers who want to ski together without the energy of a young-children-focused resort.

The quieter scale supports a more relaxed après-ski rhythm, while guests still benefit from Club Med’s all-inclusive meals, lessons and lift access.

Warm rooms with Japanese detail

Room categories range from Superior accommodation to larger Deluxe and Suite options. The resort is compact, but bedding and room-location requirements should still be confirmed before booking.

Japanese and French influence

Dining combines Japanese ingredients with international and French touches. The View Bar and resort social spaces suit a quieter drink or conversation after skiing. Seasonal opening arrangements can vary.

GETTING THERE

Plan the flight and transfer together.

New Chitose Airport is the usual gateway. Club Med indicates approximately two hours for shared transfers and around 90 minutes for a private transfer, subject to traffic and winter conditions.

Travelution note: late arrivals and early departures can sit outside collective-transfer schedules. We check flight timing and transfer eligibility before recommending an itinerary.

TRAVELUTION’S PRACTICAL VIEW

Who should choose Kiroro Peak?

Best fit

Couples, friends, families with teenagers and confident groups seeking Hokkaido snow in a quieter 12+ setting.

Consider carefully

The minimum age of 12, room configuration, flight timing and whether less-confident skiers prefer a livelier family environment.

Compare with

Kiroro Grand for younger children and wider family facilities; Tomamu for a larger activity-rich resort; Sahoro for a compact, traditional pace.
