Times use the 24-hour format: for example, 0910 means 09:10 and 1855 means 18:55.
Travelling from the airport to the resort: find the column for your flight’s arrival terminal. Your flight must arrive at or before the time in “Flight arrives by”. This is the flight cut-off, not the bus departure time. The bus leaves at the time shown in “Bus leaves terminal”.
Travelling from the resort to the airport: your flight must depart at or after the relevant “Flight departs at or after” time. This is the earliest flight supported by that bus, not the time the bus leaves the resort. Check the correct Kiroro resort column: Kiroro Grand and Kiroro Peak have different pick-up and arrival times.

If your flight arrives after 1855 (domestic) or 1830 (international), it falls outside the shared timetable. Ask us about a private transfer for same-day travel, or a shared transfer the following morning, subject to availability and confirmation.

If your flight departs before 1025 (domestic) or 1100 (international), it falls outside the shared timetable. Ask us about a private transfer, subject to availability and confirmation. Another option is to discuss a shared transfer the previous day and an overnight stay in Chitose before your flight; confirm these arrangements before finalising your plans.

Shared transfers follow the bus timetable above. They are useful when your flight fits one of the listed connections.
Private transfers offer more flexibility for early or late flights, families and small groups. Ask us about a vehicle suited to your flight plans, subject to availability and confirmation.
